Returns & Exchanges

At Kuvera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kuvera account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label sent to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
